Last updated: May 31, 2026
AutoQueue LLC ("AutoQueue," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website (autoqueue.io) or use the AutoQueue service. Please read this policy carefully.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Email address — collected at checkout and used to provision your account, send your API key, and communicate service-related notices.
- Payment information — billing details (credit card number, billing address) are collected and processed directly by Stripe, Inc. AutoQueue never receives or stores your full card number. We receive only a tokenized payment method reference and billing metadata from Stripe.

- Log data — our web server logs may record your IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps when you access autoqueue.io. This data is used for security monitoring and performance optimization.
- Cookies & local storage — we use a first-party cookie/local storage key to remember your cookie consent preference. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
Vehicle and inventory data:
Vehicle inventory, queue jobs, and listing records you create are stored in your dedicated hosted backend instance. This data belongs to you. We do not analyze, aggregate, or share this data with third parties.
