Cookie Policy

Last updated: May 31, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how AutoQueue LLC ("AutoQueue," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar storage technologies on autoqueue.io.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device by a website when you visit it. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently and to remember your preferences. We also use localStorage, a similar browser-based storage mechanism, for the same purposes described below.

2. Cookies We Use

AutoQueue uses only essential and functional cookies. We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies. The table below lists every cookie and storage key we set:

Name / Key Type Purpose Storage Expiry
aq_cookie_consent Functional Remembers whether you have accepted or declined our cookie consent banner, so we don't show it on every page visit. localStorage Persistent (until cleared)
PHPSESSID Essential Standard PHP session cookie used to maintain state during your checkout session (e.g., remembering a cancelled payment state). Not used for tracking. Browser cookie Session (deleted when browser closes)

3. Third-Party Cookies

When you proceed to checkout, you are redirected to Stripe's hosted payment page (stripe.com). Stripe may set its own cookies on that domain. AutoQueue does not control Stripe's cookies. Please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy for details.

We do not embed any social media tracking pixels, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party analytics or advertising scripts on autoqueue.io.

4. Your Choices

When you first visit autoqueue.io, a cookie consent banner will appear. You can:

  • Accept Cookies — allows the aq_cookie_consent key to be stored in your browser's localStorage.
  • Decline — the banner is dismissed and the preference is noted. Only the PHPSESSID session cookie (essential for checkout to function) may still be set.

You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

  • View and delete cookies stored by specific websites.
  • Block cookies from specific websites or all websites.
  • Clear localStorage data.

Note that blocking the PHPSESSID session cookie may prevent the checkout process from working correctly.

For instructions on managing cookies in your browser, visit:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Apple Safari
  • Microsoft Edge

5. Do Not Track

Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting. Because we do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies, our practices are consistent with DNT preferences regardless of the signal your browser sends.

6. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email.

7. Contact Us
